Cancellation Policy

 Guest Cancellations

All cancellations must be informed in writing to Vyaghra Vipinam Venture.

7 days or more before travel – 25% cancellation charge

3–6 days before travel – 50% charge

Less than 72 hours – No refund

Safari Permit Cancellations

Once the Jim Corbett forest department issues a safari permit, it becomes non-refundable and non-transferable under government rules.

Operational Cancellations

If cancelled due to forest closure, natural disaster, or government restriction, guests may reschedule or receive applicable refunds.
