Jungle Safari Booking Terms

Safari permits are issued by the Jim Corbett Forest Department.

Zone, timing, and safari vehicle allocation are controlled by the forest authorities.

Wildlife sightings are natural and not guaranteed.

Once a permit is generated, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tour Package Terms

Package inclusions and exclusions will be shared at the time of booking.

Hotel check-in and check-out times depend on the resort’s policy.

Any personal expenses, extra meals, or activities are not included unless mentioned.

Transport Service Terms

Vehicles are provided only for the agreed route and duration.

Extra hours or distance will be charged separately.

Vyaghra Vipinam Venture is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions.

Payment & Pricing Terms

Advance payment is required to confirm bookings.

Balance payment must be completed before service starts.

All government taxes and forest fees are applicable.

Cancellation & Refund Reference
